lead:  Leadership Equipping and Deployment

At Work on Purpose is cultivating Leadership Equipping and Deployment (lead) to advance the entire faith at work movement. We organize servant leaders into roundtables for Christian business executives, owners and non-profit leaders. These monthly gatherings are tightly focused business experiences with a consistent spiritual perspective and accountability for growth in sales, profits and people. They encourage and equip leaders to improve themselves, the organizations they steward, and the communities in which they work and live.
