At Work on Purpose has a vision to restore full Christian commitment and contribution to the work world, one irresistibly transformed work life at a time. Inspired by the Early Church, our community pursues incarnational ministry through which we become the “hands and feet” of Christ at work (1 Corinthians 12:27) and earn “the favor of the people.” (Acts 2:47).

We view the work place as a mission field, ministering to felt needs through vocational relationships, and sharing Christ as the reason for our motivation when people ask (1 Peter 3:15). We recognize the significant contribution work makes to our spiritual growth, so we develop alongside other Christians as “iron sharpening iron.” (Proverbs 27:17).
